You’ll discover how, by making simple yet mindful adjustments—such as choosing the right foods, cultivating awareness in daily actions, introducing movement that suits your body type, and taking Rasayanas (Ayurvedic longevity herbs)—your system can quickly become more energized, balanced, and ready to support your personal transformation.
Each session is a moment of presence: we’ll review your progress together and introduce practices or specific Ayurvedic treatments based on your current needs—be it a new daily habit or a therapeutic ritual.

Nasyam this powerful therapy cleanses and revitalizes the head, sinuses, and mind. Ideal for concerns like nasal congestion, migraines, ear discomfort, or simply to detox the head region—it also promotes clarity and calm.
The ritual begins with herbal steam inhalation, followed by a relaxing face massage to release tension and start freeing your nasal pathways. Then, medicated oils are gently administered through the nostrils.

Services & Booking Information
I offer massages and Reiki sessions both in-studio and as a mobile service at your location. For mobile appointments, I bring all necessary equipment—just relax and enjoy your time.
For MOBILE services there will be an additional charge of € 20 for each session, and you should book your massage at least 2 days in advance.
Workplace Services: I also offer massage sessions for companies. If you’re interested in organizing an event or setting up regular massage days for your employees, feel free to reach out!
Online Booking: Available only for in-studio treatments and distance Reiki.
