In Italian, my native language, “OLISTICA” means “holistic,” a word that implies several alternative healing methods that look at each human being as a complete system that involves body, mind and spirit. Wellness can be achieved when all these parts are well nourished and clean, while in the opposite case there is an imbalance in one or more aspects of ourselves and therefore the entire system could be affected by diseases.
“AKASHA” (Sanskrit: आकाश ākāśa, akascha, akasa or akaça; Pāḷi: ākāsa) means “space, ether,” and it is the first element of the five Pancha Mahabhutas from which all others derive. It is the lightest and most imperceptible one. In Hinduism it is the essence of every thing we can find in the material world. In Ayurveda the 5 elements Aakash, Vayu, Agni, Ap and Prithvi are parts of the universe and of all things existing in nature. Each human body is made of a unique combinations of these elements, too. The other 4 elements work as a vibrational dimension through which Akasha manifests itself. Akasha keeps the memories of all existing things, it’s the space where human thinking, feelings and willpower are generated and where every action, emotion and sensation is registered.
From the union of these two words, I create a safe space for all human beings to share love, kindness and personal growth with, where we will walk together to reach harmony and balance in your daily life, from a holistic point of view. This will help you stay in touch with the most authentic part of yourself, re-establishing a deep connection with the highest version of YOU.
Hi, I’m Marta Lodola. I’m here to share with you time for self care, love and understanding. I am glad to be able to accompany you in the moments of relaxation and full trust, which are sometimes necessary to let go of the greatest tensions. At Holistic Akasha you will find a welcoming place open to listen to any kind of issue and to do the best to bring you back to a state of well-being, in order to keep in shape even through difficult times of change.
I have been interested in Buddhism and Ayurvedic disciplines since 2007, while I was studying art disciplines, and later on the body’s movement became my favorite subject of experimentation. The performing arts have raised a lot of questions in me about the functionality of the body, and especially by reaching the body’s limits I achieved a deep understanding of the concept of the human being as a combination of mind, body and spirit. Since 2011 I’m a professional performance artist working and exhibiting internationally, and since 2017 I teach in performance art workshops.
In 2018 I began my healing journey. In 2019 I began studying Ayurvedic massage and Crystal Therapy and my journey with Traditional Japanese Reiki, until I became Level III in 2021. The same year I qualified as Ayurvedic practitioner. In 2022 I became certified Wellness and Classic Massage Therapist.
From 2022 until 2023 I’ve been working as massage therapist for the major institutional Berlin’s offices like Bundesministerium and Rathaus Schoneberg in Berlin. Since 2020 I have been giving treatments professionally in Berlin and worldwide.
