At the heart of Ayurveda lives Agni — the Divine Fire.
Agni is the sacred force that governs digestion, metabolism, vitality, clarity of mind, and the ability to fully absorb life itself. When Agni is strong and balanced, we experience energy, emotional stability, healthy digestion, and a deep sense of presence. During seasonal transitions, however, Agni is especially vulnerable, making this a powerful time to consciously restore balance and vitality. In Ayurveda, the month of February marks the transition from Winter to Spring, moving from the Vata to the Kapha season.

Divine Fire – Ayurvedic Retreat is an invitation into deep inner work — a conscious process of restoring your digestive fire, rebuilding vitality, and aligning with the natural rhythms of seasonal change. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, this retreat supports you in understanding how shifts in season, lifestyle, and emotional patterns influence your Agni, and how to gently adapt your daily routines to remain grounded, nourished, and resilient.

We are delighted to welcome you to a special oasis in the heart of Berlin, where you will experience two days of deep reconnection with yourself. This retreat is both restorative and immersive — a learning-by-doing experience that empowers you with practical tools, rituals, and wisdom you can integrate into your everyday life, especially during times of transition.

The program is designed to guide you toward a conscious and meaningful daily routine that protects and nourishes Agni. You will explore Ayurvedic practices such as morning and evening rituals, mindful nourishment, total body self-massage (Abhyanga), breathing techniques, and supportive lifestyle habits that promote balance, longevity, and vitality. Through your dosha assessment, you will gain a clear understanding of your unique constitution and how your body and mind respond to seasonal change. This awareness becomes a powerful key to recognizing imbalance and responding with care and clarity.

Whether you are seeking support for digestive discomfort, bloating, low energy, brain fog, irregular cycles, or hormonal fluctuations, Ayurveda addresses these challenges at their root. By strengthening Agni, we support healthy digestion, reduce inflammation, enhance nutrient absorption, and promote hormonal balance through personalized nutrition, herbs, daily routines, and conscious practices.

By honoring your Divine Fire, you cultivate resilience, longevity, and the ability to live fully present and aligned with your life path — through every season of life.

PAST RETREATS

Giugno / Novembre 2023

On-line a cadenza mensile, durata 90 minuti circa, gratuito.
