This May has begun with new eyes— more dreamy, yet clearer and more intuitive.

This is also the month we celebrate Mother’s Day, which has its roots in ancient pagan festivals held from the first of May to the second week of May, honoring the goddess of fertility.

Ayurvedic Massage with Shatavari Oil – Full Body Massage
A long, deeply relaxing Ayurvedic massage that offers a true experience of joy and stress release for the entire system. It uses Shatavari oil (Asparagus racemosus), which is especially beneficial for women going through hormonal changes such as perimenopause or menopause, as it naturally supports hormonal balance during this transitional phase.
The session begins with focused attention on the head, neck, and face, enhanced by a rose water infusion and nourishing coconut oil. Then the person will lay down on both sides for a regular massage.

Ayurvedic Head, Face & Neck Massage
This massage works on specific Marma points to stimulate blood circulation, help release excess mucus (which tends to build up during this season), and regenerate the mind—supporting clarity, focus, and emotional balance.
It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing sinusitis, migraines, neck pain, poor concentration, anxiety, or depression.
Depending on your needs, specific Ayurvedic or essential oils may be used, such as Rosemary, Brahmi, Lavender, Sesame, Dhanwantharam, or Ashwagandha.
The treatment begins in a seated position for the head and neck, then moves to a lying position for the face massage and deep relaxation.

Traditional Japanese Reiki
A healing therapy that supports the body and mind in dealing with stress, anxiety, pain, and deeply rooted emotional trauma or energetic blockages. Reiki is also helpful for chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
As a complementary therapy, Reiki does not interfere with medical treatments or other therapies.

Services & Booking Information
I offer massages and Reiki sessions both in-studio and as a mobile service at your location. For mobile appointments, I bring all necessary equipment—just relax and enjoy your time.
For MOBILE services there will be an additional charge of € 20 for each session, and you should book your massage at least 2 days in advance.
Workplace Services: I also offer massage sessions for companies. If you’re interested in organizing an event or setting up regular massage days for your employees, feel free to reach out!
Online Booking: Available only for in-studio treatments and distance Reiki.
